As a Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and accounting functions within a CA firm. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Financial Record Keeping:
    • Assisting in maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Recording transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Ensuring adherence to accounting principles and standards.
  2. Assisting with Audits:
    • Collaborating with senior accountants during audits.
    • Verifying financial data and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Preparing audit documentation.
  3. Financial Reporting:
    • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
    • Generating reports on financial performance, cash flow, and budget analysis.
    • Contributing to month-end and year-end closing processes.
  4. Tax Compliance:
    • Supporting tax-related activities, including filing tax returns.
    • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
    • Assisting in tax planning and calculations.
  5. Client Interaction:
    • Communicating with clients regarding financial matters.
    • Addressing client queries and providing professional assistance.
    • Building strong client relationships.
  6. Administrative Tasks:
    • Managing paperwork, documentation, and filing.
    • Assisting with office administration as needed.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Background:
    • Commerce graduate.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Skills:
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally).
    • Proficiency in using MS Excel and computer usage.
    • Strong communication skills.
  • Work Ethic:
    • Punctuality and reliability.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Work Location

  • Work-from-Home
  • Timings – 11am – 8pm or 9am – 6pm IST – Flexible, if needed
  • 6 days a week work.
  • On need basis, candidate should be ready to come to office location near Budigere, Bengaluru.

Compensation:

The compensation for a Accounts Assistant will be paid as per industry standards based on the qualifications and experience.
