Responsibilities:
- Entering Customer and Account Data:
- Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and ensuring accurate output.
- Data Verification and Correction:
- Verifying the accuracy of data entered.
- Correcting any deficiencies or errors if possible.
- Applying data program techniques and procedures.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
- Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations.
- Ensuring data confidentiality.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Responding to queries from staff regarding entered data.
- Collaborating with data teams and Data Managers.
- Compliance and Equipment Use:
- Complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Properly using office equipment (e.g., scanner).
Work Location
- Work-from-Home
- Timings – 11am – 5pm IST
- 6 days a week work.
- On need basis, candidate should be ready to come to office location near Budigere, Bengaluru.
Requirements and Skills:
- Should personally possess laptop or desktop
- Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Tally and browsing on internet.
- Experience using office equipment (e.g., scanner).
Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position will be considered an advantage. Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator ensures accurate, up-to-date, and usable information in the company’s systems
